  • Some out-of-network insurance plans and employment benefits may partially or fully cover services. An invoice for reimbursement of services can be provided to clients who request them.

Payments and Cancellation Policy

  • A credit card is required on-file for all services provided.

  • Please notify your therapist at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel. Otherwise, there is a $75 late cancellation/no-show/late-reschedule fee that you are held accountable for.

Do you offer therapy for eating disorders or disordered eating?
We treat disordered eating and eating disorders with a compassionate, weight-inclusive approach. Care may include CBT-E, DBT skills, body image work, and coordination with medical and nutrition providers when appropriate.
What does family therapy address?
Family therapy supports communication, boundaries, conflict resolution, and healing generational patterns. We work with families navigating life transitions, cultural differences, grief, and teen behavior concerns.

What happens in the first therapy session?
Your therapist will learn what brings you in, clarify goals, review consent and privacy, and co-create a plan at a pace that feels safe. You’ll leave with next steps and a sense of what therapy will look like.
Do you accept insurance or offer sliding-scale fees?
We accept many major insurance plans, private pay, and offer limited sliding-scale spots. Our intake coordinator can verify benefits and discuss payment options before you begin.
